DESCRIPTION:Join us for a ‘Day at the Australian Museum’ to marvel at the world of dinosaurs and other prehistoric creatures\, coming back to life through a unique holographic experience.  \nEntering a 20-metre hologram projection tunnel\, you will “encounter herds of large dinosaurs\, meet a T.rex up close\, dive with giant swimming reptiles or soar with pterosaurs.” \nLet the time travel begin! \n  \nbook now \n  \n  \nIMPORTANT PROGRAM INFORMATION\nAge group: 12 years+ (boys & girls) \nGroup size: 15 ppl \nPlease note: families are welcome to attend if they wish to support their child/youth\, please advise us at least 3 weeks beforehand\, if possible. \n📝 Please bring \n\nYour own water bottle (every day if you attend more than one day)\nHat and sunscreen for outdoor activities (don’t worry\, our staff will bring extra sunscreen if you forget yours)\n\n👥 Support Staff \n\nAll sessions will include a ratio of 1:3 support staff to participants.\n\nPlease note: if you prefer 1:1 support\, we can happily cater to your request. Please contact us to book at least 3 weeks prior to the event day\, if possible. \n💸 Pricing \n\nIn alignment with the NDIS price guideline\, each program/day will be charged according to the ratio of supports per participant.\nActivity costs\, such as program or entry fees\, will be included in the total cost of your program. \nLunch will be provided – if you have specific dietary requirements\, please notify us ahead of the event day (at least 3 weeks prior to the event day\, if possible).\nAny additional planning or specialised support will be added separately to the cost of the day program. \n\n🚌 Transport \n\nTransport can be provided to and from the events and is charged additionally per km as per NDIS guidelines.\n\nPlease notify us if you will be dropping off participants or picking them up from the event.  \n⌛️ Meeting Time & Location + Program Duration \n\nThe day will run from 11am to 4pm.\nWe will meet outside the: Australian Museum – 1 William Street – Sydney NSW 2000\n\nPlease note: This experience requires the participants to wear glasses for the duration of the 45-minute experience (holograms only work with the glasses). The dinosaurs are true-to-size \, in other words extremely big\, which may be frightening for some participants. \n\nGroup lunch provided.\nThe day will end at 4pm. \n\nPlease note: the day will be slightly longer for participants who are travelling with The Form Movement to and from the event. \n☎️ Cancellation & Fees \n\nIf you need to cancel your booking\, please inform us as early as possible to avoid incurring cancellation fees.\nOur programs\, whether they are run by us directly or in conjunction with a third-party provider\, require considerable preparation and particular attendance numbers. Hence\, we would greatly appreciate you let us know well ahead of time.\nIf you cancel too late and we cannot fill your spot\, we have to charge you as per our cancellation policy below: 3 days before the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee and less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
