Don’t miss out a fun day out to the big sand dunes of Cronulla. Join us to play some team sports and take a cardio challenge up the big slope. Enjoy a team BBQ by the beach as a much needed reward after.

IMPORTANT PROGRAM INFORMATION

Age group: 7 years+ (boys & girls)

Group size: 8 ppl

Please note: families are welcome to attend if they wish to support their child/youth, please advise us at least 1 week beforehand, if possible.

• We accommodate the needs of each participant individually, ensuring that they receive the specific support required for their optimal participation.

Please note: if you prefer 1:1 support, we can happily cater to your request. Please contact us to book at least 1 week prior to the event day, if possible.

💸 Pricing

• In alignment with the NDIS price guideline, each program/day will be charged according to the ratio of supports per participant.
• Activity costs, such as program or entry fees, will be included in the total cost of your program. 
• Lunch will be provided – if you have specific dietary requirements, please notify us ahead of the event day 
• Any additional planning or specialised support will be added separately to the cost of the day program. 

🚌 Transport

• Transport can be provided to and from the events and is charged additionally per km as per NDIS guidelines.

Please notify us if you will be dropping off participants or picking them up from the event.

Please note: the day will be slightly longer for participants who are travelling with The Form Movement to and from the event.

☎️ Cancellation & Fees

• If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us as early as possible to avoid incurring cancellation fees.
• Our programs, whether they are run by us directly or in conjunction with a third-party provider, require considerable preparation and particular attendance numbers. Hence, we would greatly appreciate you let us know well ahead of time.
• If you cancel too late and we cannot fill your spot, we have to charge you as per our cancellation policy below: 3 days before the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee and less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
